Why-Now Signals
A signal matters only if it changes what you should do now.
IVONAI does not treat every hiring post, funding event or leadership change as a buying signal. A useful why-now signal must be recent enough, relevant enough and strong enough to change the account decision.
Strong signals
- New team or capability build
- Repeated hiring around a constrained function
- Expansion into a target market
- New procurement or vendor structure
- Operational bottleneck with commercial impact
Weak signals
- Old funding with no current change
- Generic headcount growth
- One-off job ads without context
- Unverified social posts
- Signals with no clear route to action
Evidence before confidence
IVONAI keeps verified, observed, pending and unknown facts separate. If the current need or vendor route is unknown, the account should be validated rather than pitched as if the answer were known.
