IVONAI Privacy Notice

This notice explains the data collected through the Opportunity Scan, website analytics and direct contact with IVONAI.

1. Controller / contact

IVONAI is the controller of personal information collected through this site. For privacy requests contact iwona@ivonai.app.

2. Information we collect

For a free scan we collect the agency website, ICP/specialism description, geography, work email and your privacy choices. If you allow analytics, we may collect a session identifier, attribution source, page paths, interactions, active engagement time and basic device class.

3. Why we use it

Scan data is used to provide the requested service, deliver the result and protect the system against abuse. Behavioural analytics is used only after opt-in to understand site and funnel performance. Marketing email is sent after a separate opt-in or where another lawful route genuinely applies; you can always object or unsubscribe.

4. Lawful basis — EEA/Poland and UK

Depending on purpose, we rely on steps taken at your request before a contract / provision of the requested service, legitimate interests (including security and fraud prevention), and consent where required, including optional analytics and certain marketing activity. Marketing consent is not bundled with delivery of the Free Scan.

5. United States / notice at collection

For US visitors, the categories collected and purposes are described in sections 2–3 above. IVONAI does not sell personal information or operate as a data broker. Where an applicable state privacy law grants access, correction, deletion or opt-out rights, you can exercise them by email.

6. Processors and transfers

The site and deployments use Vercel; application data and telemetry use Supabase. These providers act as technical infrastructure/services. For international transfers we rely on available contractual/legal transfer mechanisms and provider safeguards.

7. Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose, security, customer support and required records. Analytics is intended for short-term funnel analysis; scan requests may be kept longer where needed to deliver the service or establish/defend legal claims. Retention is reviewed regularly.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to information, access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. You may also complain to your relevant data-protection authority.

9. Analytics and browser storage

IVONAI behavioural analytics does not start until you choose “Allow analytics”. “Essential only” leaves that layer off. You can clear the choice from browser/local storage and choose again.

10. Changes

Material changes will be reflected by updating the version date and this notice.
